Welcome to the www.thetabletherapy.com website (the “Site”). These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to the Site, Houria Beauty Trading LLC DMCC, and all affiliated internet sites, which reference these Terms and Conditions.

By accessing the Site, you confirm your understanding of the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, you shall not use this Site. The Site reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of the Terms and Conditions of use at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site with no other notice provided. Please check these Terms and Conditions of use regularly for updates. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions of use constitutes your acceptance of those changes. 

The Site Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections to be updated about changes on the Site. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted. 

USE OF THE SITE

Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as a “User” of the “Site” and are not allowed to transact or use this “Site.” 

We grant you a non-transferable and revocable license to use this Site, under the Terms and Conditions described, for the purpose of renting or shopping for items provided on the Site. Commercial use or use on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited, unless by explicit permission to do so is provided in advance by Houria Beauty Trading LLC DMCC. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you. Content provided on this site is solely for informational purposes.

DISPUTES

Any dispute related in any way to your visit to the Site and usage of our services shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Dubai, UAE, except where and  to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in a court of law. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, related to or connected with the use of this Site or this Agreement must be filed within one year after such claim or course of action arose. 

APPLICABLE LAW

The laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the use of the Site and service and the Terms of Use, without regards to the conflict of law principles. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this “Site” shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE and shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in the UAE. United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. 

BOOKINGS

The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking for any reason at any given time. You will be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the booking.

We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of a set-up is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking. In the event that a set-up is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your booking and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such bookings whether or not the booking has been confirmed. 

ORDER ACCEPTANCE & RECEIPT OF QUOTE

Please note that rental enquiries are subject to a final quote approval which will be sent to the you prior to confirmation of the booking. 

RESERVATIONS

All reservations require the approval of the quote via email or what’s app, telephone number, delivery address as well as a 100% deposit via credit card, bank transfer, cash or cheque.

PRICING

Prices listed are for a 1-day rental period or per event use. If you are interested in a longer rental period, please specify the period in your request. Prices of rental are subject to change without notice. Once quote has been approved and amount paid, price quoted is fixed. 

Rental are subject to a minimum of 6 guests, which includes delivery and logistics costs. Prices listed are for the rental period quoted, any additional time, repair, damage or loss will be an additional fee and will be charged separately. All prices quoted are in UAE dirhams (AED), unless otherwise stated.

PAYMENT

A 100% payment is required in order to secure a booking for the rental of a set-up. The balance of rental fees are due in full maximum 48 hours before the event date.  

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED. All details gathered for payments made on our products or services on the “Site” will be transmitted to the payment provider via a secured connection. The card holder is responsible for retaining a copy of the transaction record and policies and rules within.

CANCELLATION

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. 

Cancellations made within 48hours of the delivery date are non-refundable and 100% of the fee will be processed.

QUANTITY CHANGE

All quantity decreases or increases must be made 48 hours before delivery or collection date to allow a refund or to guarantee the increase can be made. 

COUNT & CONDITION

All items will be counted and condition inspected upon delivery and collection. Should the Customer not be available to count or inspect,  Table Therapy count and condition inspection will be final.

DAMAGE

The equipment is the responsibility of the hiring party from delivery until collection; reasonable care of the equipment is expected to protect against loss by theft or destruction. Any damage or loss that is incurred during the rental period will be charged at the replacement fee, except for reasonable wear and tear, please request the replacement fee of the items if needed. 

PICK UP & CLEANING

All pick up will be done before 12pm the following day of your booking. 

The impossibility for our team to collect the items in due time will result into an additional booking fee of the full amount previously paid. 

Upon return, dishware, glassware and flatware are expected to be free of any food debris and placed in their respective storage racks. Food found on returned items will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Linens should also be returned free of crumbs and debris and placed within the linen bags provided; if found to be stained or unduly dirty, linens will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. 

DELIVERY & SET UP

A point of contact will be needed when we are delivering or doing the set-up.

The table where the set up will take place has to be clean and ready to be arranged. Any delays in the ability of performing our task will result in an additional charge of 300 AED per hour. 

The set-up time for your booking will be confirmed 2 days prior to your event date. Exceptions are made on last minute bookings who have been approved and details will have to be agreed among parties. 

Table Therapy are not responsible if your table does not fit the required number of guests. 

The flowers are presented as a reference and are subject to change based on the seasonality and availability. 

Candles displayed on the picture are only references. The shape and colour can differ based on availability. 

Dry flowers are rented and will have to be return with the other items in good condition.  

Bookings outside the UAE will require an additional fee of 250 AED. 

SECURITY CLEARANCE

Closed and gated communities, such as Meadows, Emirates Hills, the Palm Jumeirah, Mohamed Bin Rashid city, Arabian Ranches and others, often require specific information or passes prior to the delivery team arriving to the venue. It is the renter's responsibility to inform Table Therapy of these requirements and provide the necessary documentation to allow the delivery team to access the venue. Non-delivery of items due to Table Therapy team not having been informed of necessary clearances will be the responsibility of the renter.
